All our timber is of the highest quality and sourced for its appearance as well as its construction properties and durability.

Floor
Our bases are 120mm thick, uniquely constructed from heavy duty pressure treated 95mm thick timbers, fully insulated with a breathable water resistant membrane. Choices for internal flooring include premium laminate flooring or a high quality office carpet – both available in a choice of colours.

Walls
Walls are 100mm thick, constructed using CLS timber frame work. Each panel is fully framed,100mm of insulation and has a weather resistant super structure. This ensures the interior remains dry and at a comfortable temperature throughout the seasons.

Cladding
We use premium Canadian Red Cedar - feather edge cladding. Cedar is naturally a very beautiful timber renowned for it’s durability as well as its looks. Behind the cladding lies a breathable quality water proof membrane.

Insulation
Already, ISOVER insulation warms and protects 1 in 3 homes in Europe. For more than 75 years, ISOVER is producing insulation which is environment friendly. It saves much more energy than the energy consumed to make it and also saves raw materials, reduces air pollution including greenhouse gases. Today, protecting environment is a key part of the Mission of Isover. Cool in summer and warm in winter.

Internal finish
A high quality MFC double faced melamine, available in a choice of finishes and colours, chosen for its durability, low maintenance and aesthetic values.

Roof
The Roof is over 100mm thick, fully insulated with 100mm ISOVER insulation and a water proof breathable membrane. The finish sits on top of a high quality external grade Ply wood and quality roofing felt. External roof finishes include long lasting cedar roofing shingles or a unique cedar slatted roofing option. All finished with durable fascia boards.

French Doors - Locks, Secure by Design tested.
Manufactured using the latest technologies by Oakland out of Canadian Red Cedar, glazed with toughened Pilkington K double glazing make a stunning thermally efficient quality entrance. Finished with a high quality 5 lever mortise lock, high security dead bolts and a choice of premium door fittings.

Glazed Panels
Framed out of 70mm thick beautiful Canadian Red Cedar framed. Glazed glass to ground out of 24mmthick Toughened Pilkington K Double glazed units meeting Building Regulations requirements for Acoustic, Thermal and Safety Standards .

Electrical Fittings
Each Building has the appropriate consumer unit, with RCD protection. Our offices have an external porch light and are fitted with up to 5 low voltage directional rail lights, giving the interior a contemporary feel, up to 12 power points and up to 3 telecommunication points.
