We do not hold any products in stock, each garden office is hand crafted to order by experienced craft-persons working to the most demanding standards. From your first enquiry to final delivery, our customer service is above and beyond normal expectations.

You will be involved in deciding every aspect of your garden room, from selecting colour schemes too office furniture, this ensures that the final result is just how you imagined it.

We provide a full ground-works service and connection to power. We will conduct a full survey, including application to your local authority *(if planning permission is required) and detail a separate quotation, however if you wish to use you own builder, we will be happy to provide a foundation plan to work from.

In short we’re entirely flexible; all you have to do is ask.
*Usually planning permission is not required for an Oakland Garden Office; however, there are special circumstances where you may be required to, especially if you live in a Conservation area. We always advise you to check with your local authority or allow us to assist with a planning application.
